Managing Partner

Qualification: Dip. Civil Engineering

Hidayath Ulla Khan is the founder and driving force behind Alphaspan Structures. With over 30 years in infrastructure development and more than 200 projects delivered as an entrepreneur, HK brings an unmatched combination of commercial instinct and on-the-ground construction knowledge to every project Alphaspan undertakes. His vision, a South Indian PEB company with genuine EPC capability and the manufacturing muscle to back it up, is what Alphaspan is built on.

Adil Hashmi

General Manager, Procurement & Planning

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical, M.E. Civil

Adil Hashmi brings 15+ years of deep PEB industry experience to Alphaspan, having completed over 100 projects across 12+ Indian states. His dual engineering background, mechanical and civil, gives him a rare ability to manage the interface between fabrication and construction that is the critical pressure point on every PEB project. As GM of Procurement and Planning, Adil ensures that material arrives on time, budgets are controlled, and programmes are met.

Syed Tabrez

General Manager, Execution & Projects

Qualification: B.Arch

Syed Tabrez leads project execution at Alphaspan, the end of the business where everything either comes together or falls apart. With 15+ years in the PEB industry and 100+ projects across 12 states, he has built an encyclopaedic knowledge of what site execution actually requires. His architectural background means he understands the design intent behind every drawing, and his track record means clients know their project is in experienced hands.

Syed Iqbal

General Manager, Factory & Maintenance

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Syed Iqbal is the man who keeps the plant running. With 30+ years in electrical and factory management, he has overseen the commissioning and operation of manufacturing facilities across multiple sectors. At Alphaspan, he is responsible for the smooth operation of our 6,000 MT/year fabrication facility, ensuring that our CNC lines, welding machines, profile mills, and paint systems deliver the output our clients depend on, day after day.

Zafar Ulla Khan

Chief Financial Officer

Zafar Ulla Khan brings 30+ years of financial management experience spanning companies in the Gulf and India. His international perspective and deep expertise in construction sector finance ensure that Alphaspan operates with the financial discipline and transparency that clients, particularly large corporate and institutional clients, expect from a serious EPC partner. Zafar manages all financial operations, vendor terms, client billing, and project cost reporting

Nafisa Khan

Chief Human Resource Officer

Qualification: MBA

Nafisa Khan oversees all people and organisational matters at Alphaspan, bringing 25+ years of experience in HR and financial management. Building a company of Alphaspan's ambition requires not just the right machinery but the right people, experienced engineers, skilled fabricators, disciplined project managers, and a culture of accountability that runs from the shop floor to the boardroom. Nafisa builds and maintains that culture.
