Design, Fabricate & Paint
You share your project brief, loading requirements, and functional specification. Our engineering team prepares the full structural design, produces shop drawings for your review and approval, fabricates all primary and secondary members, and delivers the structure fully primed and painted to your colour specification

Structural Engineering & Design
Our in-house structural engineering team prepares the full structural design for both the civil/RCC elements and the pre-engineered steel building. All structural drawings are prepared using STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD, and all designs comply with the relevant IS codes.

- Mezzanine and crane beam design where required

Geotechnical Studies & Soil Investigation
No structure is stronger than its foundations, and no foundation is stronger than the soil design is based on. Alphaspan commissions and manages geotechnical investigations for every project, ensuring your foundation design is based on actual site data, not assumptions.
- Borehole drilling and soil sampling
- Laboratory analysis: CBR, bearing capacity, settlement analysis
- Geotechnical report with foundation recommendations
- Pile design where required for poor or variable soils
Civil Works
Our civil team handles all below-grade and above-grade concrete works, from excavation and PCC to column pedestals, anchor bolts, and floor slabs. Civil works are coordinated directly with the PEB fabrication schedule so that your structural steel arrives on site exactly when the foundations are ready to receive it.
- Site clearance, earthwork, and levelling
- PCC, RCC foundations and pedestals
- Anchor bolt setting to PEB design tolerances
- Floor slab: industrial hardener, epoxy, or plain concrete as specified
- External development: roads, drains, compound wall, gates
Pre-Engineered Steel Building

Finishing Works
The steel frame is a beginning, not an end. Alphaspan manages all interior and exterior finishing works to deliver a building that is truly ready to occupy on handover day.
- Internal and external plastering and painting
- Flooring: industrial epoxy, vitrified tiles, non-slip finishes as specified
- False ceiling systems: grid and plank, gypsum board, aluminium lay-in panels
- Partition walls: dry-wall, masonry, or demountable partitions
- Doors, windows, and fenestration
- External facade treatments and architectural cladding
Interior Fixtures & MEP Coordination
For buildings that require fully fitted-out interiors, hospitals, schools, offices, retail spaces, Alphaspan coordinates all MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and fixture installation. While specialist MEP subcontractors execute the technical works, Alphaspan remains the single point of responsibility
- Electrical works: LT panel, lighting, power points, earthing
- Plumbing and sanitary: water supply, drainage, rainwater harvesting
- HVAC coordination: split AC, VRF, or central HVAC as required
- Fire detection and sprinkler systems (in coordination with NOC requirements)
